Helena's first Christmas was absolutely wonderful and we have many updates for our blog! We spent the holidays in Ohio with Sarah's family and were so lucky to have Matt's parents with us for Helena's christening on the 27th. We shared many wonderful holiday memories with family and friends. Helena made her debut into the Achbach family at the Achbach family mass which is a wonderful tradition that has been taking place in my family since I was a little girl. All the cousins were there with all of their children, and it was great catching up with everyone. We spent Christmas day at Grandma and Papaw Achbach's house with Aunt Molly, Cousin Ana Sofia, Aunt Nan, Uncle Ken and Mimi and Opa, of course! We also squeezed in several visits with friends. I came down with a terrible cold on Christmas day and was quarantined to the basement. However, I was allowed upstairs for opening presents and other key events. Mom and Dad worked so hard to make Helena's christening special and we had so many important people there with us. Enjoy the pics!
