We had the Ortiz family over for brunch this past weekend, and Helena and Finn enjoyed playing together as usual. Finn is turning into quite the heartbreaker; we hear that he has many girlfriends at daycare. Finn is absolutely adorable, and it was great to spend time with his mom and dad as well.

It's finally cool enough outside to have fires in the fireplace! Helena truly enjoys the fires, but initially said, "Off! Off!" when we lit a fire.

In just one month, the Samsons will make their way to the cold (and hopefully snowy!) land of Philadelphia and New Jersey for Christmas with Gigi, Grandad, Aunt Paige, Uncle Mark, and Cousins Nick, Jack, and Finn. This weekend Mommy went through some of Cousin Ana's old clothes to try and find winter coats, hats, etc. for our adventure. We have little need for such clothing in the warm temperatures of LA! Helena took a few minutes to model her winter look and she enjoyed it so much she didn't want to take her coat and hat off. Let it snow!

Happy Halloween! Here's our first round of Halloween pictures with our little bunny rabbit. Helena had a wonderful Halloween including a trip to a Halloween carnival, a visit from Aunt Kristi, and hanging out with some of her friends at the park in costume. She really enjoyed all the sights, sounds, and costumes this year and she even tolerated her bunny rabbit costume although she would not even consider wearing the bunny ears that came with it! She stayed up late to see the trick-or-treaters and wait for daddy to see her in her costume. It was a great day!
